Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns on floral arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up. However, if you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Custom floral arrangements and special orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. However, if there is a significant discrepancy between what was ordered and what was delivered, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.
If your order was not delivered on time or was delivered to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are only issued for quality issues or delivery problems, not for changes of mind.
